I'm MS & HS counselor and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) at International School Ho Chi Minh City - American Academy (ISHCMC-AA), as well as a therapist at Touching Soul Center (TSC). I also currently a PhD candidate in Psychology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE). With more than 7 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, my professional practice focuses on mental health, well-being, safeguarding, and psychological support across educational and clinical settings. My research interest centre on adolescent and young adult well-being, self-compassion, and culturally responsive approaches to mental health promotion. Bridging professional practice and research, I hope to share my knowledge and experience on how schools, parents and communities can work together to create a safe and supportive environments that not only protect young people but also foster their well-being and resilience.
